Now it's there, now it's not: Greg Stumbo wants to use education money to balance the budget

How is it that the same person who was wanting to spend millions of dollars on new school buildings during the special legislative session this summer--despite arguments that we couldn't afford it--is now robbing the educational rainy day fund to balance the budget?

  1. Let me guess: the money raised "for education" was gambling money, right? I don't know what politics are like in your region, but that's the way gambling revenue is inevitably used in Missouri.
