The Black-Robed Supremacy Issues Another Order: OH must recognize same-sex marriages from other states

You are welcome to post at this blog. You are asked, however, to refrain from the following:

2. Questioning the motives or integrity of people you have never met just because you disagree with them;
3. Using obscenities or other expressions not appropriate or necessary to civilized discussion;
4. Taking disagreement personally;

The time to worry is when the courts force OH (or KY, for that matter) to recognize MA driver's licenses. A few gay Yankees isn't going to do much to genteel Southern or staid Midwestern society. The terror that would be a host of Boston drivers, OTOH ...

ReplyDeleteOhio has traditionally recognized other marriages that would not be legal to perform in Ohio. Why should there be an exception here?
